One of my favorite sets. The Spooky Fright Factory. Make Shrunken Heads, Skeletons, Skulls, what could be better?

Thingmaker 1966, stock #4522, and Maker Pak 1966, stock #4523

4522-051 through 057, and the skeleton mold is numbered differently: 4495-051.

I think the Skeleton is numbered differently because it was also offered separately on an Accessory Kit called "Skeletons".

Mattel took the Fangs from #055, and the Claw from #051, and put them on an Accessory Pak called: "Fang 'N Claw", stock #4540-051.

Another odd mold variation. The regular Shrunken Head mold, and the "Fill Here" variation. Look closely.

The Shrunken Head insert also has a slight variation on the back. On one version, there's a little extra metal backing on the eyebrows.

• Thingmaker box top available in either strong cardboard, or light cardboard.
• This set included two special colors of goop: Fleshtone & Nite-Glo.
