[12/21/98] The new Super Injector 'Mold 'N' Play' sets are out! Three different sets: Aliens, Robots, and Military. Very cool. Found them at Toys R Us. Still no sign of the new Bug's Life 3 or 5 paks of goop.

[11/19/98] If you're looking for refill packs of plastic pellets for the Super Injector, don't bother looking in stores. The only place to get them is direct from Toymax. See the Super Injector Page for more info on colors and pricing.

[11/05/98] Toymax's new Super Injector is out!! It's a really neat toy. And more great news: the plastic molding sticks work in Mattel's old Injector! In fact, I think it works better than Mattel's plastix. It flows smoother, and looks better when cooled. Can't wait to get some of Toymax's refill plastic in the new colors. I'll have a new Web Page for the Super Injector soon.

[10/24/98] New "A Bug's Life" Molds Paks are out! Three different paks. Spotted at TRU. Nice colors of Goop & Goop FX included in each pak. Great artwork on the boxes too. Still haven't seen the "A Bug's Life" Goop 3 or 5 paks yet.

[10/19/98] It's here! Spotted at Toys R Us. The new "A Bug's Life" stuff is out. Well, at least the oven is. It's called a "Bug Creator". I heard this stuff wasn't going to be out till November. I can't believe we got them here in CA already. Check out my new A Bug's Life page. I'll be adding to it as more goodies arrive. Hopefully the new Mold Paks aren't too far behind. On the back of the Box, there's pictures of the new goop packaging, and it looks stunning. Can't wait to get my hands on some of those new 5-paks. Let me know if anyone spots the Mold Paks anywhere, or the Super Injector.

[09/24/98] If you're a collector of Mattel's Injector sets (Hot Wheels Factory or Western World), have I got some great news for you: Toymax is coming out with the "Super Injector"! Same principal: melt plastic molding sticks, and inject them into molds. I wonder if the new plastic pellets will work in the old sets? Hmmmm... Anyway, it's due out at the end of October, and will have 3 accessory sets: Military, Robots, and Aliens. Also the molding sticks refill paks will be available in paks of 48. The colors look very bright. The Aliens look very cool! Can't wait to get these sets. Also, their new "A Bug's Life" oven and mold sets will be out at the same time the Disney movie is released, around Thanksgiving. If you want to see pictures of the new Super Injector, go to Toymax's new Web Site. I have a link to their site on my Links Page. Or just type: www.toymax.com in your browser window, and go to the "Creative Corner". They did a great job with their Web Site. It's very colorful and informative. Very professional.

[09/21/98] Toymax's Metal Molder Detailing Kit is out. Click here for a pic. Nice accessory kit. You can get some neat coloring with the markers and polishing cloth.

[09/19/98] Fellow Collector Burt Buchanan has spotted the new Metal Molder mold paks. Also, he saw the shelf tags for the new "A Bug's Life" mold paks and oven. Sounds like they could be out any time now. Thanks Burt!
Oh yeah, click here for a pic of Toymax's cool Goop-a-saurus. Neat item available direct from Toymax.

Click here to go to Disney's 'A Bug's Life' web site to see the movie trailer.

[09/01/98] Newsflash! New Toymax Creepy Crawlers info: The new line should be available in November. There will be a new oven, called "A Bug's Life" (no doubt based on the upcoming Disney movie with the same name). There will also be 3 "A Bug's Life" mold paks too. A perfect movie tie-in for Creepy Crawlers wouldn't you say? The Metal Molder will have some new mold paks as well: Kawasake Ninja, Monster Trucks, Mini Racers, and also a new detailing kit. Very good news. Keep rolling out the new stuff Toymax!!

[07/23/98] Still no word on what the new Creepy Crawlers molds will be. However, there are also supposed to be new Metal Molder molds coming out as well. There might be some larger ones too. That would be great! I like the molds that are available now, but they are kinda small. The stores around here never stocked the latest Metal Molder molds that were released in February. I ordered them from Toymax direct. They are great! If you can't find them around you, call Toymax customer service, and ask for Mickie. She's very friendly and helpful, and can sell you the latest Metal molds (Sharks, Jets, etc) and most other older mold paks too. While you're talking to them, remind them that we all need clear goop, which isn't available anymore. I also recently ordered Toymax's "Goopasaurus". It is this cool, weird-looking dinosaur creature, that holds goop bottles, and has a place to store creepies that you made. It also comes with 2 bottles of goop. It's a good deal for just $8.95. Again, I never saw that for sale in the stores around here, but am glad I could order it direct through Toymax. I'll put up a picture of it soon. It's really neat.

[06/13/98] Rumor has it that Toymax is coming out with a new line of Creepy Crawlers this fall. Thanks go to Timothy Gay for this info. This would be great! If anyone else finds out more details on the new line, let me know. In the mean time, still more goop supplies can be found at TRU. Including giant goop bottles, FX pens, and Plasti-Steel. Also, Mini Dragons, EEEEKS, and Creeple Peeple, among other sets are re-surfacing at clearance prices. The Custom Car Factory sets are re-appearing too.

[05/09/98] Toymax's "Creepy Crawler Value Pak" finally made it to my local TRU. I think it's a neat item. I like the big picture of the tarantula logo. There's a Toymax logo embossed on the back. It's a "briefcase" type of case that unfolds, and you can store molds or other things inside. Unfortunately, there's no dividers inside. It's still a pretty cool little case though. To see a picture, click here.

[04/10/98] Be on the lookout for a new Creepy Crawlers item: The "Creepy Crawler Value Pak" at Toys R Us. It's a purple plastic case, that you can store your molds in. It holds about 16 to 24 of them. It comes with 3 "surprise molds", 2 bottles of goop, and 2 goop fx pens. Unfortunately, the molds are not new, they're stuff they already released. Sounds like a cool item, for about $7.98. Thanks to collector Marc Mackin for the info on this new Toymax item. I'll put a pic of it up, as soon as my local Toys R Us gets them in stock. Also of note, collector Ken Walthew reports that TRU also has the 3D molds for sale again, at clearance prices. Those are real nice detailed molds. I also found glow goop at my TRU for $1.97.

[03/24/98] If you're looking for Goop FX pens, go to Toys R Us. They have packs of 5 pens for $1.97! Nice selection of colors too. Even White!

[03/15/98] More goop has been sighted at Walmart. They have 2 different 3-Paks. Unfortunately, they're not on clearance like at TRU. Ken Walthew spotted the "Bug Science" kits at TRU. You don't get to make too much of the bugs (mostly pre-made plastic legs/wings), but it's worth picking up the sets if you can't find the goop fx pens anywhere.

[03/8/98] More goop and older mold paks arrive at Toys R Us! They have a bunch of older mold paks in the clearance bins: Stretch mold paks like Octopoids, Spideroids, the Mask, X-Men, and other mold paks like Benderoids, Bug-eye Brigade, Scary Scurriors. Most importantly, they have the Giant sized (5 oz) goop! My TRU had them for only $1.97, so stock up! They also had some Plasti-Steel - 2 bottles for only $1.95. You can make some neat hardened creepies with that stuff, just be careful which molds you use, as the Plasti-Steel is a little tougher to get out of the molds. Thanks go to Miles Jasem for spotting this clearance stuff.

[02/03/98] Goop has been sighted at Kay Bee! They got a shipment of 5-paks. This shipment has a different set of colors than the first 5-paks. It contains: Blue, Purple, Green, Black and Brown. I heard from Toymax that goop is also being shipped to Walmart. They also said more new molds are coming out, but wouldn't say what they are.
