This is a new molding kit called Spiderman Creature Creator. It's made by a company called Popular Toys, or Popular de Juguetes. They made a couple new molds for Spiderman and Dr. Octopus. You can make bendy figures, and also the kind that walk down smooth surfaces like Toymax's Terrifying Tumblers. They include 2 bottles of a plastigoop-like substance called Goomy.

The front and back of the 2-part Spiderman molds are held together by little thumb screws. Sharp detail on the molds! The 2D molds are different than the Toymax Spiderman mold series. The 3D Spiderman molds are similar, but the Toymax version is a little shorter and fatter than this new version.

Here's the oven, and accessories that come with the kit. Instructions, sticker sheet to decorate your oven, wires to make bendable figures, a pick and a couple of the sticky legs.

This is their plastigoop-like 'Goomy-Compound'. Looks like they used the same bottle shape that Toymax and Flying colors recently used. If you notice on the box, the Goomy label says: 'Goomy-Pasta'.
